For many of us, our job seems pretty straight-forward: Stay at home as much as possible. These tips to help you stay physically active, mentally sharp and emotionally connected during the COVID-19 pandemic:
1. Get Up and Move
Physical activity does more than improve your physical health. It releases endorphins that boost your mood and reduce stress.
2. Snack Wisely Snacking make us happy.Try to make sure fruits and veggies are making our way on our plate at each meal, These high-fiber and low-calorie foods have lots of germ-fighting potential.
3. Plan "You" Time into Your Day
Set aside at least 10 minutes every day to focus on our own mental health. Journal about our feelings. Meditate. Read a book to escape or do our hobbies. Taking the time to help ourself will give us the energy to help others.
4. Boost Our Immunity With Food
certain foods do have immune-boosting properties, so It's time to fix our diet with healthy food.
5. Take a Deep Breath
Deep breathing exercises lower blood pressure and ease the mind while strengthening our lungs.
6.Prepare for a Good Night's Sleep
A regular sleep routine can establish a sense of normalcy and keep stress at bay.
7.Remember That You're Not Alone
At a time when we all need to keep our physical distance, it's important to remember that we can (and should) stay emotionally connected. Call or video chat with your relatives, especially those who live alone. Set up a virtual game night with your friends. Learn about ways you can help your community. We're all in this together, which means none of us are truly alone. And the most important thing is to be grateful that we are still given life to this day

-Books and online learning platforms: great for all to have time to read books and get tons of benefits from this activity as the above activities mentioned.
- Focus on the mentality, the inner self, lower pace of life, care more about the family members.
-When people stay at home, let's observe everything around, you may see the nature more clearly, so we have some contents, videos to post to share in our community. This is call for action to protect it more.

Hi Mark! I finally got my internet connection back and I'm able to catch up. Well for me, in the Philippines, we make sure that despite being physically apart from friends, and sometimes family members, we must make it a point to always have a connection with them-a phone call, a video chat, a letter. Whether it's with your biological family or close friends, Filipinos really value the essence of Family. That's our greatest strength as Filipinos, given that reassurance that someone is there for you regardless of the situation. We also have this thing called "bayanihan" which is a Filipino value of helping fellow Filipinos in times of need. That alone, I guess, is what keeps the Filipinos still smiling in the midst of the pandemic. We remain positive enough to show everyone that it'll be okay, eventually.
