[Discussion]Do you think money can buy happiness? Why?

I personally believe that God gives humans 3 kinds of capabilities; brain, money, and face. But every human being only have 2 of 3, for those who have less money, they think that money can buy happiness. Money might be someone's happiness

In my opinion, it depends on what and how we spend that money. Some may dedicate their money for their hobby which can bring a long term joy, such as buying music instruments. However, some may only bring short term happiness from money. I think the key with being happy is being grateful. Even with a small amount of money, people who are grateful can feel joy from what they have or can afford. Meanwhile there might be some who are not happy no matter how much items they buy because of bad familial relationsip or having no one to talk to. I feel like it's not the money that can bring us happiness, it's how we perceive the money and how we utilize it to bring the utmost joy. But, I do agree that some happiness cannot be bought by money, such as a happy and healthy family or having a great time with your best buddy. Everyone have their version of happiness, we just need to search what is ours.

I think so, but not always. Everyone has a different way of being happy, some people are happy by eating food, to get food we need money. Some people are happy with travelling, we pay the transportation with money. Some people are happy with their fame, they need money to buy make up, clothes ,bags to support their appearance. But there is still happiness taht doesnt require money, for example there are some people who are happy when they gathering their families, seeing their children healthy, worship their God.So money can buy happiness, but not always

In my opinion, happiness is a very vague term. Happiness can be attributed to anything depending on the person. So I think, yes, money can buy happiness. I thought of my answer hard, like about the situation of other people, how hard it is to have money, etc. But looking past that, everyone has their own outlet in what makes them happy. I guess people with money are lucky, and I think being happy for their happiness, instead of fueling them with jealousy, selfishness, and arrogance, is a way for us to spark a glimpse of a happier community among us, a happier world in addition.
In the perspective of the rich, I'm pretty sure their golds and riches aren't solely labeled on their bank accounts and material things, for some have a golden heart to and they actually give back to those who are in need. They want others to experience the happiness they're privileged with, too.

I partly agree that money can buy happiness. Of course we cannot buy happiness directly just by paying some money but I think money is like a tool or way to be happy. For example I like singing songs at Karaoke with my friends and I feel happy when doing it. The friends live far away from my house and I have to take a train to meet them. And also I need to pay for a room charge of karaoke to sing songs. That's why it's like an afterthought but I can't or couldn't be happy without money to meet friends and sing songs with them. So it depends on how we spend money, I think.

I almost agree this topic. If we have money, we can buy something which we want to get and heart is satisfied but I think it takes long time to make friend and build connection with people. Friend make me feel full and happy, for example, hanging out, talking and when I depressed, my friend encouraged me. Though it can buy relationship, this is not able to get real relationship by using money. Therefore I think we not always get happiness.
