In Indonesia there's a rule that we called Pembatasan Sosial Bersekala BEsar (PSBB), it makes every Indonesians to stay at home. most of public areas like cinema, school, cafe is temporarily closed. It's vey effective for a while, we can press the covid-19 transmission for a few months, but due to the duration o this PSBB we all feel bored and stressed so some of people decide to go against it and back to their routine activity, but still some public areas like cinema and schools is closed until this day to make sure there's no big crowd to amplify the transmission

Totally agree, although the pandemic does not stop, the government works more on it to help recover the economy and other fields as well. In Vietnam, our goverment created a much better information channel such as Zalo account (quite common app in my country) and a gonvernmental website to support people. Also, hotline to governmental units and health declaration app are primarily some measures we have right now.

There's some place in Indonesia and maybe you've heard of it, Bali, really rely on tourism to support their economy, and the lockdown situation just kill their economy, all of their income go down because of this lockdown situation, no tourist from another country come to Bali, and local tourist was a little bit afraid because of their "local lockdown" in their own city.
